I go back to this store whenever I need hardware items. They are very friendly and helpful and it's so much easier to locate things in this store. Last week I purchased a new lawnmower through them which was a simple and hassle free transaction that I did online.

I will not shop in Bunnings. Why would you when you can shop at Mitre 10 - better service, quick, easy not wandering around looking for a sales person to help find something. Everything is associated with my phone number and I get bonuses with money off my orders almost every time I shop.

Nice people/staff. They can direct you, walk with you & help you. I bought a hose: expensive, made in China as all our products. I use it everyday but you need to renew it every couple of years.

Received excellent service from the, I think, Manager. Was very thoughtful and helpful with my enquiry. The team give very good service also. Highly recommend this store for good old fashioned service. Much better than that "other" hardware chain.

Last Saturday I called in to buy some screws which needed to be a specific size and needed to have a little bit cut off, A very small purchase but Morris was happy to this for me, for which I was most grateful. This kind of excellent service is why I don't go to Bunnings.
