Government’s grey belt policy is ‘redundant’, Lords committee concludes

A House of Lords committee has concluded that the government’s “grey belt” policy has been rendered “redundant” due to “more significant changes” relating to green belt in the revised National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and has raised concerns about the document’s lack of a “sustainable location” definition.
